Application
- Print a hard copy of your application.
- Read, discuss, and complete the Parent/Student Contract.
- Deliver recommendation forms to:
- Complete First and Second English Essays.
- Choose and indicate high school core classes. Circle high school electives, if any, you would like to take next year.
- Assemble and deliver or mail the application to the campus of your choice. Be sure also to include your proficiency test scores, if applicable, to the campus to which you are applying. Do not send applications to more than one CSNHS campus.
